Patient Information:

We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and have implemented PPE to provide care with safety measures in place.

The office is open with the new procedures in effect. Our hope is to ease back into caring for our patients and at the same time keeping safety our top priority.

It is very important to follow the CDC guidelines and stay home if you are sick!

IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT:

  • Please enter the clinic at the exact time of your appointment, that means if you are early wait in your car until your specific time in order to avoid having contact with other patients. You will be directed straight to your treatment room.
  • We will have a no touch thermometer to check your temperature at the front desk. Again if you are sick or have a fever we will cancel and reschedule your appointment.
  • The water/tea station will be closed to patients. Please bring your own hydration with you or hydrate before your appointment.
  • You will need to wear a mask in the clinic and if you do not have one we will provide one.
  • Hand sanitizers are available in the clinic rooms and front lobby as well as the bathroom. We ask you sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic. We will be sanitizing the clinic before and after each appointment. Ventilation in the office is kept going to keep the air circulating.
  • Linens are changed and tables sanitized after each patient use as well as door knobs, chairs and counter tops.
  • Payment can be made with checks, cash or if using a credit card your information will be taken verbally and entered by Julie at the time of service at the end of your treatment.
  • We look forward to seeing you and caring for your health care needs. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or questions!
