Patient Information:
We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and have implemented PPE to provide care with safety measures in place.
We have updated our procedures to better align with current conditions. Safety of patients is our top priority.
It is very important to follow the CDC guidelines and stay home if you are sick!
IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT:
- Our waiting area is once again open to patients. Please continue to wear a mask in the waiting area.
- We have a no touch thermometer available to check your temperature at the front desk. If you are sick or have a fever we will cancel and reschedule your appointment.
- The water/tea station is open again. We are pleased to offer you a beverage before or after your appointment.
- You will need to wear a mask in the clinic and if you do not have one we will provide one.
- Hand sanitizers are available in the clinic rooms and front lobby as well as the bathroom. We ask that you sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic. We will be sanitizing the clinic before and after each appointment. Ventilation in the office is kept going to keep the air circulating.
- Tables are sanitized after each patient use as well as door knobs, chairs and counter tops.
- Payment can be made with checks, cash or credit card. Please take care at the front desk either before or after your treatment.
